Privacy Policy: Zap eSign

Last Updated

Zap eSign ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Studio Elixr, a sole proprietorship ("the Publisher"). This Privacy Policy explains how Zap eSign handles information when you use the App.

In short: Zap eSign does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

1. Our Privacy Approach

Zap eSign is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your information, we do not have user accounts, and we do not collect analytics or usage data. Your documents and signatures are yours alone.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information

  • Account or login credentials (the App has no account system)

  • Usage analytics, behavioral data, or crash reports

  • Advertising identifiers or tracking data

  • Location data

  • Device identifiers used for tracking

3. How Your Documents and Signatures Are Handled

All documents you import or scan, all signatures you create, and all annotations (names, dates, text, and signature fields) you add are stored and processed only on your device. This content is never uploaded to us or to any third party, and we have no ability to access, view, or recover it.

Signed documents are shared only when you choose to share them, using your device's native share options (for example, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files). What happens to a document after you share it is governed by the service or recipient you send it to.

4. Device Permissions

Zap eSign may request the following permissions, used only on your device and only for the stated purpose:

  • Camera — to scan paper documents into the App. Scanned images remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.

  • Files / Documents — to import documents you select. Imported files remain on your device.

You can manage these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

5. Analytics and Tracking

Zap eSign contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect your data.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any information Apple collects in connection with downloading or using the App is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

  • In-App Purchases. Zap eSign does not currently offer in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced in the future, they will be processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not collect or store your payment details.

  • App resources. The App may make standard network requests to load required software components (for example, document-rendering libraries delivered via content delivery networks). These requests do not include your documents, signatures, or personal information.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data lives on your device, so you remain in control of it at all times. You can delete individual documents within the App, or delete the App to remove all associated content from your device. We retain nothing, because we never receive anything.

9. Children's Privacy

Zap eSign is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults handling their own documents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — and in fact, we do not collect personal information from anyone.

10. Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 grant individuals rights over their personal data. Because Zap eSign does not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You retain full control of the content stored on your device. If you have any questions about your privacy, you may contact us using the details below.

11. International Users

Zap eSign is available globally through the Apple App Store. As all processing happens on your device, your information does not cross borders through us. This Policy is governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or on our App Store listing. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Contact Us

How long does it take to launch an MVP with Peak Studio?

14 days, brief to launch. Every Sprint includes design, development, automation, and pre-launch A/B testing — so by the time your product goes live, it's already been validated, not just built. Most agencies quote 2–3 months for the same scope. We compress that into two weeks because we cut the parts that don't move your launch forward: long discovery decks, multiple rounds of internal sign-off, and sequential (rather than parallel) workstreams.

What's included in a Peak Studio Sprint?

A fixed 14-day engagement covering GTM strategy, design, development, and pre-launch creative testing — for $5,000. You get one revision round and direct access to your sprint lead throughout. Nothing is hourly or open-ended; the scope and price are fixed before we start, so there's no surprise invoice at the end.

How is Peak Studio different from a traditional design or development agency?

Two things: speed and validation. We deliver in 14 days, not 14 weeks. And unlike most agencies, we test your creative and copy with real audience data before it goes live — using pre-launch A/B testing — so you're not guessing whether your launch will work. You're shipping the version that's already shown signal.

Do you work with startups outside India?

Yes. Peak Studio serves founders and businesses across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Pricing is localized accordingly — Sprints start at $5,000, with India-based engagements also available in INR.

What happens after the first Sprint? Can I continue working with Peak Studio?

Most clients move into our Growth plan — $8,500/month for two sprint cycles, a 15% saving versus booking Sprints individually. It's built for teams past MVP stage who need continuous design, automation, and creative testing without re-negotiating scope every month. For larger or more complex needs, our Partner tier offers a fully embedded team with custom scope and pricing.

What do I need to provide before a Sprint starts?

Four things, ready on Day 1: a clear brief, your brand assets, a decision-maker available for daily input, and confirmed budget. This is non-negotiable — it's the reason we can guarantee 14 days. Clients who show up prepared are the reason this model works; clients without these four ready typically need a short pre-sprint alignment call first.

Is the 14-day timeline realistic, or is it marketing?

It's the actual delivery model, not a promotional claim — which is why it's tied to a fixed scope and a fixed price. The trade-off for speed is preparation: we ask for a complete brief and available decision-maker upfront precisely so nothing slows down the build once we start. Agencies that promise fast timelines without this requirement are usually the ones that miss them.
